A FEW HELPFUL ANSWERS
The details, without the guesswork.
Clear expectations make room for a better celebration.
Does this demo book real rentals?
No. Gather & Gold is a fictional portfolio demo. No requests are sent, no stock is held and no payments are processed.
What is included in a collection?
A chair, dinner plate, side plate, flatware, goblet and napkin per guest. Tables, lounges, delivery and setup are separate. Florals and candles are inspiration only.
How does the deposit work?
The demo calculates 30% of the sample total. A real team would confirm stock, dates, tax, cancellation terms and a rental agreement before collecting payment.
Can I add a tent?
Yes in the planner, which switches to a custom quote. Sizing, site access, anchoring, permits and weather planning need review.
Are dates checked for availability?
No. Dates are planning inputs only. The demo does not connect to a rental inventory system.
Are these actual event photographs?
No. All event scenes are custom generated design inspiration. They illustrate a visual direction rather than actual stock or past work.
